WASHINGTON, Sept. 11 -- Commodity Futures Trading Commission has issued a proposed rule called: Operational Resilience Framework for Futures Commission Merchants, Swap Dealers, and Major Swap Participants; Withdrawal of Proposed Regulatory Action.
The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 11 by Christopher Kirkpatrick, Secretary of the Commission.
