WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 -- Committee For The Implementation Of Textile Agreements has issued a notice called: Determination Under the Textile and Apparel Commercial Availability Provision of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement ("CAFTA-DR").
