WASHINGTON, June 16 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Special Local Regulation; 100th Annual Pony Swim, Chincoteague Inlet and Surrounding Waters, Sector Virginia Captain of the Port Zone.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 16 by Peggy M. Britton, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Virginia.
