WASHINGTON, Aug. 4 -- Coast Guard has issued a proposed rule called: Security Zones; Tampa Bay: Big Bend, Boca Grande, Crystal River, East Bay, Hillsborough Bay, MacDill Air Force Base, Manbirtee Key, Old Port Tampa, Port Manatee, Port Tampa, Port St. Petersburg, Port Sutton and Weedon Island, FL.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 4 by Courtney A. Sergent, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port, Sector St. Petersburg.
