WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Notification of the Removal of Conditions of Entry on Vessels Arriving From the Republic of Djibouti.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 21 by Thomas G. Allan Jr, Vice Admiral, USCG, Acting Deputy Commandant for Operations.
