WASHINGTON, March 19 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Imposition of Conditions of Entry for Vessels Arriving to the United States From the Republic of Cuba.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on March 19 by Thomas G. Allan, Vice Admiral, Deputy Commandant for Operations, Acting, U.S. Coast Guard.
Summary: The Coast Guard announces that it will impose conditions of entry on vessels arriving from the Republic of Cuba. Conditions of entry are intended to protect the United States from vessels arriving from foreign ports or places that have been found to have deficient anti-terrorism measures.
