WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 -- Coast Guard has issued a notice called: Imposition of Conditions of Entry for Vessels Arriving to the United States From the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea).

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Aug. 19 by Douglas M. Schofield, Rear Admiral, Deputy Commandant for Operations, Acting, U.S. Coast Guard.

Summary: The Coast Guard announces that it will impose conditions of entry on vessels arriving from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea). Conditions of entry are intended to protect the United States from vessels arriving from foreign ports or places that have been found to have deficient antiterrorism measures.
