Brief Summary: The severities of chronic disease symptoms correlate with the levels of analytical parameters of inflammation. Studies have been published in which the Mediterranean diet has an anti-inflammatory phenomenon, decreasing inflammation parameters. This decrease correlates with an improvement in symptoms.
