Brief Summary: A prospective, randomized, controlled, parallel clinical trial will be conducted at Clinical Oncology and Nuclear Medicine Center at Mansoura University Hospital to assess the efficacy of Itraconazole as an adjuvant therapy in treatment of patients with acute myeloid Leukemia.
