WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a notice called: Medicare Program; Announcement of the Re-Approval of the Joint Commission as an Accreditation Organization Under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988; Correction.
