WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 -- Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has issued a notice called: Medicare Program; Announcement of the Re-Approval of COLA Under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988; Correction.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Nov. 19 by Trenesha Fultz-Mimms, Federal Register Liaison, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
