WASHINGTON, June 5 -- Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Oil-Spill Response Requirements for Facilities Located Seaward of the Coastline.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on June 5 by Kirk Malstrom, Chief, Regulations and Standards Branch.
