WASHINGTON, June 3 -- Bureau of Land Management has issued a proposed rule called: Rescission of the Management and Protection of the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska Regulations.

The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on June 3 by Adam G. Suess, Acting Assistant Secretary, Land Minerals Management.

Summary: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to rescind the "Management and Protection of the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska" final rule, issued on May 7, 2024. We solicit comment on all aspects of this proposed rule.
