WASHINGTON, Jan. 26 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Indian Gaming; Approval by Operation of Law of the Tribal-State Gaming Compact Between the State of California and the Cher-Ae Heights Indian Community of the Trinidad Rancheria.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on Jan. 26 by William Henry Kirkland, Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
