WASHINGTON, May 12 -- Bureau of Indian Affairs has issued a notice called: Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to the Office of Management and Budget for Review and Approval; Tribal Reassumption of Jurisdiction Over Child Custody Proceedings.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on May 12 by Scott J. Davis, Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Interior, Exercising the delegated authority of the Assistant Secretary-Indian Affairs.
