WASHINGTON, Sept. 8 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Request for Revision to and Extension of an Information Collection; Conditions for Payment of Avian Influenza Indemnity Claims.
The notice was published in the Federal Register on Sept. 8 by Michael Watson, Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.
