WASHINGTON, July 25 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Decision To Deregulate Light Brown Apple Moth for Fruit Imported From New Zealand Into the United States.

The notice was published in the Federal Register on July 25 by Michael Watson, Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service.

Summary: We are advising the public of our decision to deregulate light brown apple moth (LBAM) for fruit imported from New Zealand into the United States.
