WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has issued a notice called: Notice of Decision To Authorize Importation of Phalaenopsis Spp. Orchid Plants for Planting in Approved Growing Media From Germany and the Netherlands Into the United States.
