Lalitpur, Jan. 30 -- A 35-year-old man was stabbed to death on Friday following a dispute over the registration of a shop in Uttar Pradesh's Lalitpur district.
The incident took place under the Sadar Kotwali area in Mohalla Chhatrasal Pura. The deceased has been identified as Kripasagar Patwa (35), son of late Hari Patwa. He had an ongoing dispute regarding the registration of a shop with the seller, Rajesh Agarwal.
According to the police, Kripasagar Patwa arrived at Rajesh Agarwal's residence along with his wife, Rajni, to finalise the shop registry. Rajesh Agarwal allegedly asked Rajni to sit in a room downstairs and took Kripasagar to an upstairs room. During discussions over the registry, an argument broke out between the two.
