Dharamshala, Feb. 5 -- Mental well-being, drug de-addiction and skill development were the key highlights of the second day of the five-day inter-state youth exchange programme organised by Mera Yuva Bharat, a wing of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, at RHFWTC, Cheb in Kangra district.

About 35 youths from Rajasthan actively participated in a series of sessions aimed at health, self-development and cultural engagement. The day began with a morning yoga session, emphasising the importance of physical fitness and mental balance.
