In India the company currently operates through four distinct entitie--India Yamaha Motor (IYM), Yamaha Motor India Sales (YMIS), Yamaha Motor Research & Development India (YMRI), and Yamaha Motor India (YMI).
To create a leaner and more agile organizational framework, the company will reorganize its structure into two focused entities.
