Imphal, Feb. 4 -- Yumnam Khemchand Singh was today elected as the new leader of the BJP Legislature party in a meeting held in the national capital. The former Speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly had won 2017 and 2022 from Singjamei constituency as a BJP candidate.
