Giridih, Jan. 10 -- A worker died in yet another industrial accident at the Balmukund Sponge and Iron Factory located in the industrial area under Mohanpur OP in Giridih.
The deceased was identified as Mukesh Kumar Mandal (35), a resident of Balho village under Jaspur Panchayat of Sadar block.
He was employed as a driver at the factory and reportedly suffered critical injuries while on duty. He was referred to Dhanbad for advanced treatment but succumbed to his injuries near Tundi en route.
