New Delhi, June 28 -- Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar today described as ''Nasoor'' (festering wound) and a sacrilege to the spirit of Sanatana the words secularism and socialism added in the Preamble of the Constitution during emergency, asserting that the Preamble should have been respected rather than tweaked, altered, and decimated.
