Ranchi, March 8 -- An inspiring example of women empowerment was witnessed in the capital city of Jharkhand on the occasion of International Women's Day.
On Sunday, the entire operation of the Ranchi-Irgaon train departing from Ranchi Railway Station was handled by an all-women team. From operating the engine to managing security arrangements, women personnel took charge of every responsibility, showcasing their skills and leadership abilities.
Under this special initiative by the railway administration, a team of 15 women employees was formed.
