Lucknow, Sept. 15 -- Highlighting the growing concern over women's safety in Uttar Pradesh, Mamta Chaudhary, President of the Uttar Pradesh Mahila Congress Central Zone, took a strong stand against what she called the "hollow promises" of the BJP governments at both the state and central levels.
