Hamirpur, March 18 -- In Hamirpur district, a shocking incident was reported from Maudaha police station area where a woman's body was found lying in a field in Ramna village early in the morning on Wednesday.
Local residents who were passing by noticed the body and were horrified to see that the woman was completely naked. The scene was further disturbing as stray dogs had partially mutilated the body.
Initially, villagers tried to identify the woman, but her identity remains unknown. Someone informed the police, who arrived at the scene along with a forensic team. The body was taken into custody and sent for postmortem.
