Chennai, March 14 -- In a rare achievement, young woman film director S.Lavanya, an actress and singer, has made history by excelling in 32 departments of filmmaking with her film 'Pei Kottu' in her debut venture.
This was for the first time a young actress has played a role in handling almost all aspects of the film, that too in her first film as director, according to a press release.
Lavanya has played the lead role in the film, the official release date of which was announced today.
The horror-thriller is produced by Lavanya under the banner of Om Sai Productions.
Lavanya has personally learned and handled all the technical aspects of the film, marking a new achievement for this female filmmaker.
