Pune, Jan. 25 -- Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakantdada Patil today stated that a woman has the strength and ability to guide both the family and society in the right direction.
He stated this during the quarterly Sansneh Melava of the Mansi Initiative in Kothrud, which was started on the initiative of Minister Patil.
He also noted that the Mansi Initiative was launched with the objective of strengthening women physically as well as mentally.
On the occasion, Mansi Initiative Director Mugdha Bhagwat, Corporator Manjushree Khardekar, Manisha Butala, Advocate Mitali Sawalekar, entrepreneur Smita Patil, Prof. Dr. Anuradha Edke, Advocate Prachi Bagate, along with a large number of women, were present.
