Shahjahanpur, Jan. 29 -- A woman allegedly conspired with her young nephew-lover to murder her husband, ignoring family ties and social norms, police said on Thursday. The accused, Pooja, has been arrested, while the main accused and two others are absconding.
According to police, Pooja had been in a relationship for one-and-a-half years with her nephew, Aadesh alias Chhutua, a resident of Pihani in Hardoi district. Her husband, Balram, repeatedly tried to reason with her, citing their four children, but she allegedly chose to eliminate him instead, police added.
