Imphal, March 22 -- 'Collage', produced by Sumitra Hazarika and directed by Amar Deep Gogoi, was adjudged the Best Feature Film at the two-day third North East India Film Festival (NEIFF) Manipur, that ended here on Sunday.
The award for Best Director was conferred upon Monjul Baruah for his work in "Romantic Affairs", while the Best Non-Feature Film award went to "Toy Gun", produced by Khumanllambam Omeshwori and directed by Thingnam Parshuram.
The Pradip Daimary was selected as the Best cinematographer for 'Ha Lyngkha Bneng', while the honour for the Best Editor was bagged by Sanjib Gogoi for "Noi Kotha".
