Washington, Sept. 9 -- The White House has dismissed as "fake news" a note bearing President Donald Trump's name that was among records released from Jeffrey Epstein's estate by the House Oversight Committee.
The disputed note, published by Democrats on the committee, appeared in a professionally bound "birthday book" prepared for Epstein's 50th birthday in 2003.
The collection, compiled by his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, contained letters, jokes, and illustrations from dozens of acquaintances, including businessmen and politicians.
One entry featured typewritten text inside the outline of a naked woman, ending with the message: "Happy Birthday - and may every day be another wonderful secret." The page appeared to be signed "Donald" bel...
