Chandigarh, Oct. 30 -- Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring today launched a sharp attack on both the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), holding them responsible for the growing gangster culture in the state. He accused the ruling AAP of negligence and the Akali Dal of direct collaboration with criminal networks.

Speaking to reporters during his campaign for party candidate Karanbir Singh Burj in the Tarn Taran assembly by-election, Warring warned that Punjab could soon face a state of lawlessness if immediate and strict action is not taken.
