Puducherry, Dec. 29 -- Vice-President C. P. Radhakrishnan today addressed a civic reception in Puducherryand highlighted the importance of preserving and passing on the legcy of freedom fighters to future generations.
On his maiden visit, he also inaugurated a Housing Project under the Smart Cities Mission, during which he handedover the keys of 216 newly constructed tenements to beneficiaries, reaffirming the Government of India's commitmentto inclusive and sustainable urban development.
