Ranchi, Feb. 23 -- Voting for the election of urban local bodies across 48 municipal institutions in Jharkhand commenced at 7:00 a.m. on Monday amid enthusiastic participation from voters across the state, including the capital city Ranchi.
Voters began arriving at their respective polling stations early in the morning. After the completion of the mock polling process, voting started as scheduled, with electors casting their votes in an orderly manner. This municipal election is being held after a long interval in the state.
