New Delhi, Jan. 11 -- In a latest update in connection with the Karur stampede case, Tamil superstar Vijay is likely to appear before the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday.
Vijay is likely to visit the CBI's headquarters at 11 am where he will be questioned by the elite team of the federal probe agency.
In December, Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK) General Secretary Adharva Arjun and Nirmal Kumar joined the CBI's investigation. A team of elite officials of the CBI will record their statements.
The CBI, which is currently looking into the matter which was initially lodged with the local police, has summoned those allegedly involved in the matter to ascertain the exact roles each of them could have played.
