Chennai, Nov. 23 -- In a first, actor-turned-politician and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam president Vijay is addressing 2,000 party workers and public at a hall meeting being held at a private engineering college in neighboring Kancheepuram district on Sunday, November 23.
Interestingly, only the 2,000 participants with the invite having 'QR' code, will be allowed entry, party general secretary 'Bussy' N Anand said in a statement, posted on 'X'.
This is the first time he is meeting party supporters along with the public and after the September 27 killer stampede at his Karur rally, which claimed 41 lives, including women and children.
