Vijay gets Whistle symbol for Assembly polls, reminiscing famous punch dialogue "Cup Mukkiyam Bigilu", in his film 'Bigil'

Chennai, Jan. 22 -- "Cup Mukkiyam Bigilu" (Cup is important Bigil), is a famou s punch dialogue inVijay's 2019 hit movie 'Bigil', in which donned the role of a football player and women's team coachhelping them to win the National title.

Bigil in Tamil means Whistle in English.

Call it a sheer coincidence, the Election Comssion of India on Thursday allotted the 'Whistle' as the commonsymbol for actor-politician Vijay's fledgling and nascent Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) as sought by it.

By getting the poll symbol as it wished and line with the Bigil film's famous dialogue, TVK intends to senda clear message to the people that winning is important in the ensuing Assembly polls in which Vijay's partywill be testing its electoral fortunes ...
