Ranchi, Feb. 2 -- Fourteen migrant workers from Jharkhand's Giridih, Hazaribagh, and Bokaro districts are stranded in Dubai, facing severe hardship due to non-payment of wages by their employer.

A distress video sent by the stranded workers was shared with the media by social activist Sikandar Ali, who has been actively working on migrant labour issues.

The workers in the video alleged that EMC Company has neither paid their salaries on time nor provided basic living support, forcing them into acute financial distress.
