Ranchi, March 28 -- Vice President C P Radhakrishnan on Saturday attended the 15th convocation of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi, where 558 students were awarded degrees.

Addressing the convocation, the Vice President urged students to uphold ethics and social responsibility in professional life and cautioned youth against drug abuse.

He said management education should go beyond boardrooms and balance sheets and contribute to solving real-world challenges and promoting inclusive growth.

Radhakrishnan, who had earlier served as Governor of Jharkhand, said it was a matter of satisfaction to witness the institute's progress over the years.
