New Delhi, Jan. 31 -- Delhi Congress chief Devender Yadav has hit out at the Delhi government, stating that the decision to make Aadhaar card and retina test compulsory for availing meals at the 'Atal Canteen' is nothing but a cruel joke on poor people, who have to wait for hours to get food due to the formalities.

Yadav, hitting out at the Delhi government, alleged that instead of increasing the number of Atal Canteens, the Chief Minister Rekha Gupta-led government just wants to ''trouble the poor working people''.
