Mulugu, Jan. 22 -- Telangana Minister for Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, and Women and Child Welfare, Danasari Anasuya Seethakka, on Thursday, urged devotees visiting Medaram Sammakka-Saralamma Jathara to make use of the helicopter services introduced for faster darshan during the biennial tribal festival.
Stating that Medaram has witnessed a transformation in travel modes over the years, she said devotees who once came on foot or by car have now moved from bullock carts to helicopters. "Medaram is ready. The helicopter services should be utilised," she said.
