Lucknow, Feb. 16 -- The Uttar Pradesh Assembly on Monday witnessed heated exchanges between the Treasury Benches and the opposition over the issue of reservation and outsourcing.

After Samajwadi Party MLA Sangram Yadav raised the issue of outsourcing and reservation, Minister Anil Rajbhar launched a scathing attack on the Samajwadi Party.

Rajbhar said the Samajwadi Party talks about the PDA, but during its tenure, it only benefited one community. He alleged that during the SP government, approximately 82 per cent of the benefits under OBC reservation were given to a single community, while several castes, including Rajbhar, Kewat, Mallah, and Chauhan, did not receive their due share.
