Prayagraj, Jan. 23 -- On the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami, a magnificent display of faith was witnessed at the pristine Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj, the king of pilgrimage sites.

According to the government, more than 3.56 crore devotees took a holy dip on this occasion.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that on this auspicious day, a celebration of knowledge, wisdom and consciousness, more than 3.56 crore devotees took a holy dip at the Sangam, illuminated by the divine light of Sanatan culture.
