Lucknow, Jan. 27 -- District police today arrested four youths for the brutal murder of a 16-year-old girl in the Para police station area over an argument.
The accused allegedly strangled the girl inside a car and later placed her body on a railway track to make the murder appear as a suicide, police said today.
According to police, the main accused, 20-year-old Anshu Gautam alias Lucky, had befriended the girl through Instagram and called her to meet on January 13. During the meeting, an argument broke out, following which Anshu, along with his three friends, strangled her to death inside the moving vehicle.
