Agra, Oct. 4 -- A tragic accident occurred today in the Fatehabad area of Agra district, Uttar Pradesh, where a car collided with a tanker, resulting in the deaths of a couple and leaving two others seriously injured, police sources confirmed.
According to the police, Subhash, a resident of Bulandshahr, was driving with his wife, Rekha, his brother, Suraj, and his brother-in-law to pick up his father from his sister's house.
The collision happened near Wajidpur on Fatehabad Road in Agra. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital, where Subhash and Rekha were pronounced dead.
Police explained that Subhash's father, Veeri Singh, had been at his sister Kunti Devi's home in Raja Kheda.
