Lucknow, Sept. 8 -- The Uttar Pradesh government has started a process to reward such urban local bodies (ULBs) and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) that perform better work in sterilisation, vaccination, and feeding programmes, taking effective steps for the management of stray dogs, sources said here.

This morning, sources said that the government asked to identify and mark "suitable feeding places", keeping in mind the local aspect of the life of dogs.
