Lucknow, Oct. 4 -- The Mission Shakti 5.0 campaign in Uttar Pradesh is strengthening women's safety, respect, and self-reliance during International Girl Child Week (October 3-11, 2025).
As part of the 90-day special initiative, the Women and Child Development Department organised self-defence workshops across all districts, blocks, and villages, connecting girls and women with practical safety training, legal rights, and government support systems.
