Lucknow, May 3 -- The Yogi Adityanath Government's grievance redressal mechanism of the Social Welfare Department has emerged as a major source of relief for the common people.
In particular, the prompt and transparent resolution of complaints through the IGRS (Integrated Grievance Redressal System) portal has brought a positive change in the administrative functioning.
This has not only ensured timely resolution of public grievances but has also strengthened people's trust in the government system.
Officials of the Social Welfare Department stated here on Saturday that out of 9,604 complaints registered on the IGRS portal, 8,896 cases, accounting for 92.6 percent, have been successfully resolved.
