Lucknow, Aug. 19 -- On the occasion of the 81st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna Rajiv Gandhi, the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC) Medical Cell will organize a free medical camp at the state Congress headquarters in Lucknow on August 20.
The day, also observed as Sadbhavana Diwas, will be marked by health services aimed at supporting underprivileged sections of society including laborers, farmers, women, and children.
Addressing the press conference here today, Dr Jiyaram Verma, Chairman of the UPCC Medical Cell, announced that the camp will provide free consultations and distribute medicines from all major medical systems, Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani.
